This is called “hacking” in Latvia.

Nelielas informācijas vēsmas par pēdējo dienu notikumiem saistībā ar NEO aizturēšanu jau parādās globālajā tīklā. Proti, REDDIT lapā ielikta sekojoša ziņa, kuras rezultātā radās neliela, taču, manuprāt, objektīva diskusija ar skatu no malas.

info and pics of that “criminal”

Edit: This is just an illustration of the method of how the data was leaked, not what script/tool was actually used by Neo. Rumour has it he used several IPs anyway, so his script (or whatever) was probably a bit more complicated.

Yes, that’s hacking. Basic hacking but hacking nevertheless. It requires knowledge of a vulnerability that 99% of the population could not have guessed at. Some hackers use vulnerabilities that 99.999% of the population could not have guessed at, but does it really make sense to draw the line between “99%” and “99.999%”?

I’d like your sources of research on these numbers. Also, I’d like to know how it is hacking when you yourself have to “guess” that “99%” of the population couldn’t guess it.

If you’re going to hang someone because he went to a web page 7500000 times, then arrest me because I’m pretty sure I’ve been to youporn that many times.

  1. interesanti viedokļi. Vairāk sliecos piekrist nedtheman, jo šajā gadījumā nekas uzlauzts netika, id maiņa nav haks.
